Pha gói sương sáo với khoảng 800ml nước theo hướng dẫn trên bao bì, nấu trên lửa nhỏ, khuấy liên tục. Khoảng 8-10 phút là được. Cho sương sáo vào khuôn, để nguội và cất sương sáo vào ngăn mát tủ lạnh khoảng 1 tiếng.
Hạt é ngâm vào nước lọc cho nở ra, khoảng 15 phút là hạt é nở đều. Sau đó, lọc hạt é qua rây. Nấu nước cốt dừa với đường phèn trên lửa nhỏ, cho đến khi đường phèn tan hết rồi tắt bếp, để hỗn hợp nước dừa đường nguội.
Cho sương sáo, hạt é vào ly rồi chan hỗn hợp nước cốt dừa đường vào ly, rắc vài giọt dầu chuối vào cho tăng thêm hương vị. Bạn có thể cho thêm đá viên vào nữa tùy thích nhé. Thế là đã có ly sương sáo thơm mát, giải nhiệt rồi đó.
